Please note: Heelarious stands behind our products 100% and we reserve the right to replace any damaged goods within 30 days of original purchase. If you are still not satisfied, please return the shoes according to the return policy stated on this form.
Complete the Exchange/Return Form and make sure to include it with the package you are returning. Failure to do so will delay us in processing your return. Failure to complete this form in its entirety will also delay processing.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees when making a return or exhange. We strongly recommend using FedEx or UPS for your carrier as they will provide a tracking number for your shipment. Heelarious is not reponsible for any lost or damaged merchandise and we do not reimburse shipping expenses. If you are requesting a refund for a return, please provide the credit card information used for the original purchase. For an exchange, please provide a credit card for new shipping charges incurred to re-ship the new product.
